Nucleic acid nanotechnology, with its rapid development and wide range of applications, has become an international cutting-edge hot field involving many disciplines such as physics, chemistry, materials, biomedical and information science. In this field, scientists explore the self-assembly behavior of nucleic acid molecules and develop a variety of new nanomaterials and nanodevices for more efficient and precise biomolecule detection as well as drug delivery and therapy. Meanwhile, nucleic acid nanotechnology also provides innovative ideas and methods for bioinformatics, computer science, artificial intelligence and other fields.

In order to showcase the latest scientific research achievements and progress in the field of nucleic acid nanotechnology in China, promote academic exchanges and research cooperation among experts and scholars, and promote industrial application and development, the 12th Conference on DNA Nanotechnology will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan from June 27 to 30, 2025.

The conference is hosted by the Polymer Division, Chinese Chemical Society, West China School/Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University, National Center for Stomatology, State Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases; organized by West China School/Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University, National Center for Stomatology, State Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases; and co-sponsored by the Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Tsinghua University and Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences. Academician Chunhai Fan from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Prof. Dongsheng Liu from Tsinghua University, Prof. Yunfeng Lin from West China Hospital of Stomatology Sichuan University, and Researcher Shu Wang from Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences serve as co-chairs of the conference. The conference covers nucleic acid chemistry, nucleic acid nanostructure design and assembly, intelligent devices and functional materials, bioanalysis and molecular diagnosis, drug delivery and therapy, DNA information storage and computation, advanced tools and methods, etc., and carries out a wide range of academic exchanges and discussions on the current hot issues and cutting-edge research in nucleic acid nanotechnology.

The organizing committee of the conference cordially invites experts and scholars engaged in related research, especially young students, to register and actively participate. The oral presentations of this conference will include a youth forum for postdoctoral fellow and a graduate forum for students.
